Fairy Gathering emerged from a collaborative forest gathering that brought together a group of women united by creativity, self-expression, and a shared sense of imagination. Wearing handcrafted fairy wings and moving freely through the landscape, the participants transformed the woodland into a living, dreamlike world. Blending photography, video, and documentary-style moments, the project captures the space between fantasy and reality—a celebration of connection, playfulness, and collective storytelling.

The intention was to document a temporary world built through collaboration and shared creativity. Rather than staging a traditional fantasy shoot, the project focused on capturing authentic interactions and emotions as they unfolded naturally.

Inspired by cinematic coming-of-age films and dreamlike visual narratives, the imagery explores themes of sisterhood, freedom, escapism, and belonging. Motion, atmosphere, and imperfection became essential elements in creating a sense of presence and memory.
